[Press Release] DENZAI Forms Capital and Business Alliance with SUNWA Juki and SUNWA Seibi
DENZAI K.K.has concluded a capital and business alliance with SUNWA Juki Corporation and SUNWA Seibi Corporation of Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido, through DENZAI Juki Corporation, the Group’s core company in Hokkaido.
In conjunction with the alliance, Masato Uemura, Chairman of DENZAI K.K., will be appointed to the board of SUNWA Juki Corporation.
The SUNWA Group comprises SUNWA Juki, a crane rental business founded in Kitahiroshima in 1968, and SUNWA Seibi, which maintains cranes, trailers and related equipment. The group is widely trusted across Hokkaido, and in the central region of the prefecture in particular.
