[Press Release] DENZAI Establishes DENZAI Central Asia and DENZAI Kazakhstan

DENZAI (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kohki Uemura) is pleased to announce the establishment of DENZAI Central Asia LLP and DENZAI Kazakhstan LLP in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. The two new entities extend the Group’s global network into Central Asia.

DENZAI Central Asia LLP will serve as the DENZAI Group’s regional headquarters for Central Asia, driving business development in Kazakhstan and across the wider region, including Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. Together, the two companies will bring DENZAI’s heavy lifting, specialized transport, construction, logistics and project solutions to major projects across the region.

Amidst the uncertain situation surrounding the Strait of Hormuz – a critical chokepoint for over 20% of global oil trade – attention is increasingly focused on Central Asia, and Kazakhstan in particular, as a key region for diversifying resource procurement due to its abundant oil and natural gas reserves.
