(President & CEO: Kohki Uemura; hereinafter: “DENZAI”) are pleased to announce a business and capital partnership aimed at delivering integrated transport, crane, and installation services. The collaboration brings together Silvasti’s position as one of Northern Europe’s leading special-transport logistics providers with DENZAI’s heavy-lift crane capabilities and proven project-execution expertise, offering developers, EPC contractors, and manufacturers a seamless, single-source solution.

DENZAI and Silvasti will offer combined fleets, engineering, and project-management resources to pursue energy, offshore wind, heavy lifting and specialized transport opportunities across Europe, Japan and the APAC region.

The partnership is designed to shorten project timelines, and deliver greater reliability on increasingly complex projects. Customers gain access to a wider range of capabilities from a single, trusted source, simplifying their supply chain and enhancing efficiency while meeting international standards in quality, safety, and productivity.

As part of the partnership, DENZAI President & CEO Kohki Uemura will join the Board of Silvasti as Director.
