The Contracts Manager will play a key role in supporting a fast-growing organisation by managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and overseeing vendor, client, procurement, service, and partnership agreements. The role ensures legal, regulatory, and governance compliance while advising business teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposure. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel, the Contracts Manager will align contract terms with business objectives, develop standard templates and processes, maintain a central contract repository, and support tenders, audits, training, and dispute resolution. Eligibility Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal qualification and has at least three years of experience in contract management, commercial law, or corporate legal roles. They possess a strong understanding of Singapore contract law and regional commercial practices, with experience using contract management systems and corporate governance tools. The role requires excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, along with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities. Knowledge of the leasing, heavy lifting, supply chain, or logistics industries would be an added advantage.
