[Press Release] DENZAI Announces Three Managing Director Appointments

DENZAI is pleased to announce the following management changes, effective January 1, 2026:

• Mike Siah has been named Managing Director of DENZAI’s Singapore entities: DENZAI Huationg Pte. Ltd., DENZAI Huationg Logistics Pte. Ltd. and DENZAI Huationg Resources Pte. Ltd. He will continue serving in his current role as Chief Financial Officer of DENZAI International Holdings Pte. Ltd.

• Murugan Suburamanian has been named Managing Director of DENZAI Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. and DENZAI Philippines Inc. He is currently serving as Country Manager for India.

• Omar Faruk has been named Managing Director of DENZAI Bangladesh Ltd. He is currently serving as Country Manager for Bangladesh.
